A regenerative, self-sufficient farm-to-table model for Taos County,
creating nourishment, opportunity, and community.
I. Overview and Mission
The Pangea Food Ecosystem is designed as a closed-loop, regenerative food system that nourishes residents, educates students, employs community members, and models sustainable local food sovereignty. It integrates greenhouses, livestock, culinary facilities, and education under one coordinated operation, where food production, preparation, and enjoyment form a seamless cycle.
Our mission is to feed the Pangea community from within, while inviting the greater Taos region into a living example of regenerative food abundance helping to solve food scarcity.
